Cookies do not harm your end device and do not contain viruses, Trojan horses or other malware. The information stored in the cookie identifies the connection to the specific device you are using. However, this does not mean that we identify you.

- You can now set whether cookies should be accepted, how long you want to keep these cookies, and add exceptions for which websites you always want to receive cookies or never receive them.
- Click “OK” to confirm your settings.

„Google Analytics“
For the purposes of needs-based design and continuous optimisation of our pages, we use Google Analytics – Google Inc. (“Google”), a web analytics service based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. “Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies”, which are text-based data that are stored on your computer in order to simplify and speed up the use of the analysis functions on the website. In this context, pseudonymised usage profiles are created and cookies are used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website, such as
- browser type/version,
- browser type/version,
- the URL from which you were redirected to the website,
- the name of the type of access computer (IP address),
- server request time.
Google will use this information to carry out website usage evaluations on behalf of the operators of these websites in order to compile reports on website usage activity, to improve the services provided on the website, and to improve the performance of online services through the operators of the websites. The IP address transmitted from your browser to Google Analytics will not be presented together with other data from Google. „Onsite-Targeting“
Our website uses cookies to collect and evaluate information to optimise advertising (“Onsite Targeting”). Such information includes, for example, information about what products you have viewed on our websites/apps. Based on this information, we may show you offers on our website that are specifically tailored to your interests based on your behaviour.
„Re-Targeting“
We also use re-targeting (“Re-Targeting”) technologies provided by external service providers such as Pixel der Facebook Ireland Limited. Re-Targeting allows us to make the online offer more interesting to you. In this way, we can target those users who are already interested in our shop and our products to our partner websites. We know from research that displaying personalised advertising is more engaging for the internet user than advertising that has no personal connection.
For this purpose, a cookie is set with which data is collected using aliases. Based on this information, you will be shown adverts relevant to your interests on our partner websites. No personal data is stored directly and no usage profiles are linked to personal data
You can deactivate data collection for personalised advertising purposes. A cookie is then set which permanently prevents the collection of data unless you delete this cookie in your browser or use the “Delete all cookies” function. You can repeat your refusal to accept cookies at any time.
Advertising partners / third party cookies
We work with partners to make the online offer on our website even more interesting for you, and we also add links to other pages, such as Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc. For this purpose, cookies from our advertising partners are set when you visit our website (so-called third party cookies). The cookies also store information about your user behaviour and interests when you visit our website using aliases. In some cases, information that appeared on other pages before you visited our website is also collected. Based on this information, you will be shown ads from our advertising partners based on your interests. No personal data will be stored and no usage profiles will be combined with your personal data.
Social media functions
In accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, we use Facebook and Instagram or other social plug-ins on our website to make our company better known. The main purpose of the advertising must be considered a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. Their data providers must ensure responsibility for the data protection operation.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by the respective provider, as well as your rights and the identification of options to protect your privacy, can be found in the respective data protection notices of the provider.
By logging out of social networking sites in advance and deleting cookies, you can prevent social networks from attributing the information they collect about you to your user account on the relevant social network when you visit the website. If you do not want social networks to attribute the data collected through our website directly to your profile, you must log out of the relevant social networks before visiting our website. You can also prevent plug-ins from loading altogether by using browser add-ons, e.g. with the script blocker “NoScript”, which you can find: www.noscript.net.
Customer account
To provide you with maximum convenience, we offer you the opportunity to store your personal data permanently in a password-protected customer account.
Creating a customer account is voluntary. If you create a customer account, the data collected here will be processed in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. No new data needs to be entered once a customer account has been created. You can also view and modify the data stored in your customer account at any time. Only if you wish to place orders via our website/application, it is necessary to open a customer account.
To set up a customer account, you need to enter your chosen password in addition to the details required to place an order. This, together with your email address, will help you access your customer account. Please treat your personal access data confidentially and do not disclose any of them to third parties. Please note that you will remain automatically logged in even when you leave our website, unless you log out separately.
You have the option to delete your customer account at any time. However, please note that if you have ordered from us, the data visible in your customer account will not be deleted at the same time. Your data will be automatically deleted when we are subject to the requirements of commercial and tax law, i.e.: 10 years after the date of payment. The legal basis for this further processing is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Payments
We process your payment information for payment processing purposes, e.g. if you make a purchase. Depending on the payment method, we transfer your payment information to third parties (e.g. when making a payment from one bank account or another). The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (in the case of debt). During the payment process, the service provider may use cookies.
Recipient outside the EU
Cookies on the e-shop that allow marketing and functional cookies may, depending on your choice, transmit data to Canadian servers (data cache). The above processing includes the transfer of data to the servers of the providers of tracking and application technologies that we commission. The data transfer is based on the so-called standard contractual provisions of the EU Commission, additional protection mechanisms as required after the so-called “Privacy Shield” was repealed.
