Refund of money
Refunds are issued within 1-14 days to the customer’s bank account, depending on the day of the week we receive the returned item. Normally all refunds are made on Fridays. In most cases, it takes 5-7 days for the customer to get their money back.
Return policy:
You can return the product within 14 days of receipt. This means that we must receive the returned item within 14 days, so we recommend that you don’t delay in order to do so. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the return.
How do I return an item?
To return or exchange an item, please contact us via email or by sending a direct message on our social media channels. Make sure to provide all the necessary information: your order number, the item you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
The buyer is responsible for the return costs.
Important:
- The returned item must be in its original packaging;
- The goods must be in good condition and not damaged by the Buyer;
- The product must be in good condition and the labels must not have been damaged or removed in any way.
